OCHECK was founded by Gustavo García Figueroa, a Colombian lawyer with intermediate English and no traditional software background. Using ChatGPT and Codex as working tools, and Vercel as deployment infrastructure, he moved from a persistent real-world problem to product strategy, governance, customer experience, tests, and a functioning WebMCP product with global ambition.
